Scope
What we check
- Soot load, differential pressure and regeneration history
- Exhaust temperature, NOx and lambda sensor data under load
- EGR valve and cooler operation against commanded values
- AdBlue dosing, quality and heater circuits
Process
How it runs
- Read the emissions data, not just the code
- Identify why the system stopped regenerating or dosing
- Repair the cause, then clean or force-regenerate where appropriate
- Road-test and confirm the system completes a cycle on its own
Questions
Can you just force a regeneration?
We can, but if the reason it failed is still there it will fail again. We find that reason first.
